Your email address and a securely hashed password; the shows and episodes you add; transcripts of those episodes; the questions you ask your library; and basic technical logs (IP address, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
Running the product: transcribing your episodes, answering your questions, and keeping your account working. We don't sell your data, show ads, or share your library with other users.
SpacePod runs on a small set of service providers: Render (hosting and database, Singapore region), Deepgram (audio transcription), OpenAI (search embeddings), Anthropic (answer generation), Stripe (payments; we never see your card number), and Cloudflare (DNS and email). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Your library and transcripts are stored in a database hosted in Singapore. Questions and transcript excerpts are sent to the AI providers above at query time to generate answers.
You can remove episodes (and their transcripts) from your library anytime. To delete your account and all associated data, email support@spacepod.co and we'll confirm within a few days.
